WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage a regional team of Partner Solutions Architects focused on activating and supporting strategic partnerships across EMEA.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team—helping them grow both technically and professionally, while ensuring they stay focused on core strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic partners, helping them build security services practices around Wiz and align with their GTM strategy.
- Work hands-on with Wiz —demonstrating the platform, providing technical guidance, and supporting your team.
- Partner with sales and product teams to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and ensure technical alignment with broader partner strategy.
- Measure and report partner impact , ensuring our partners successfully drive customer adoption of Wiz.
- Solve complex challenges related to team capacity, regional constraints, and partner engagement, ensuring our PSAs remain productive and focused.
- Champion a customer-first mindset , ensuring that everything we do ultimately drives value for end customers through our partners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven track record of leading and coaching technical teams —ideally within a partner, pre-sales, or solutions engineering environment.
- Hands-on experience in cloud security —with hands on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud-native security, infrastructure, networking, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
- Experience influencing director-level partner stakeholders , aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Ability to build structure in a fast-moving startup —bringing a steady hand while thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- A customer-centric approach , ensuring partner engagements drive real value for end customers.
- Creative problem-solving skills , with the ability to navigate challenges related to team capacity, language barriers, and competing priorities.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.
- Technical SaaS selling experience.
- Awareness of CI/CD processes and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
