To qualify for the role you must have:
- MBA (premium institute preferred) with a strong academic record
- 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed –
- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.
- In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in the respective least one sector of the following sectors: listed – FMCG/Consumer goods and products
