Job Area:
· Partner with Digital Strategy, Paid Search, Product Marketing, and Development teams to develop and implement a comprehensive search strategy.
· Optimize web content to support user engagement and improve search rankings across various stages of the customer journey.
· Regularly update web pages using Adobe Experience Manager, adhering to SEO best practices.
· Optimize and refine internal search functionalities on the Coveo platform.
· Lead and manage digital projects, including asset collection and feedback management from key stakeholders.
· Analyze SEO performance metrics and generate detailed reports to guide strategic decisions.
· Collaborate with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers in the creation of new components and enhancements to existing systems

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Required Competencies
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and web content management.
· Proficient with Adobe Experience Manager and knowledgeable in SEO best practices.
· Experienced in using Coveo or similar platforms for optimizing internal search functions.
· Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics and implementing data-driven strategies.
· Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
· Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· A willingness to learn new technologies, with a can-do attitude
· A high level of attention to detail when completing work independently
· Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple regions
· Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task in order to meet tight deadlines
· Experience with project management tools like Jira or Adobe Workfront
· Experience with Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch
Level of Responsibility:
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
