As an Associate in the Product Operations Change Management & Measurement team, you will help to develop key measurement frameworks and reporting tools to enable the PXT community to drive change and enhance overall effectiveness and productivity. You will take a data driven approach to develop valuable insights to support overall operational efficiency of portfolios and products, while also summarizing key takeaways to support leadership strategies. You will play a valuable role in building and enhancing reporting tools and providing execution support for PXT measurement solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm how to organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way to support PXT reporting at all levels of the organization
  • Assist in developing reporting insights for executive level and broader organizational reporting
  • Maintain reporting cadences and identify opportunities to automate / enhance existing reporting processes
  • Support execution and project management activities to manage and deliver work on key workstreams and tasks
  • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting solutions
  • Participate in conversations with key partners to gather feedback and evaluate enhancement opportunities for existing tools and reporting insights
  • Support leadership ad-hoc data analysis requests
  • Support touchpoints with PXT leadership and strategic partners to align on strategic priorities and task prioritization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related area
  • 3+ yearsof relevant experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, Strategy or Business Management roles
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to data manipulation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management / prioritization skills
  • Adept at forging strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of independence and ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with Align / JIRA / Confluence and product operating model preferred
