Proficiency in using data and analytics to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and enable transparent decision-making processes.
Strong business modeling skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement new value propositions and commercial guidance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to provide leadership teams with crucial insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
Proficient in tools and software relevant to the role, such as Microsoft Power BI and other data analytics platforms. Current professional certifications in data science, machine learning, and leadership courses are a plus.
