Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Minimum 6-years experience drafting content for executive audiences
- Minimum 6-years experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders with different priorities with proven ability to bring forward a solution to drive impact
- Minimum 2-years experience partnering on projects with technical/product engineers
- Experience with backend content management systems (SharePoint preferred), website management, and overall maintenance of Content Management Systems (CMS) systems
- Familiarity with seller pain points, seller terms, pipeline, Customer Relationship Managgement (CRM) (MSX D365 preferred), and high-level understanding of the sales process.
- Passion for thinking ahead, being innovative, and continuous learning about Microsoft product
- Desire to partner with stakeholders across the company to learn how others work and how the work in Americas BSO can evolve to support
