Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to identity and access management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and authentication.
Work closely with partners across the business to understand their IAM needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and partners, measure project performance and lead required changes using appropriate verification techniques.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks, documenting and maintaining risk registers.
Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project-related artifacts are accurate and up-to-date.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, providing regular updates and ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate the adoption of new IAM systems and processes
Collaborate with business and IT collaborators to craft and implement robust IAM policies using PlainID's policy-based access control framework.
Facilitate the adoption and optimization of PBAC platform, ensuring that ABAC and PBAC policies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Deliver training and support to end-users and technical staff, promoting a thorough understanding of platform capabilities and policy management best practices.
