Job responsibilities
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Partners with their product team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Communicate effectively and frequently. Share the product vision with the teams and articulate the questions and answers needed to build the right features.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Knowledge of web page development, troubleshooting, and service interaction
  • Collaborative with a high level of comfort and effectiveness in coordination, working with multiple business and technology partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, able to effectively communicate/influence through various levels in the organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Software development experience a plus (front end technologies: JavaScript, Angular, React, etc).
  • Data management capabilities and experience with Splunk and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Lucid workflow, JIRA, and presentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, such as AI Tools, LLM
