Role Description:

The function is responsible for being the first point of contact for Treasury clients submitting implementation of treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository product requests via email channel, and phone. Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end processing for moderately complex implementations and ensuring engagement of internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews standard and common Treasury product packages for clients.
  • Responds to Inline Quality Assurance requests received by email and questions from internal partners.
  • Conducts research using various bank systems to enable response to ILQA related questions and inquiries.
  • You will complete Quality Assurance Checks on Treasury Products and Services.
  • You will provide structured feedback and supporting information to associates in real-time.
  • You will support the reviews of errors, to identify key themes and develop coaching and training sessions to improve performance.
  • You will partner with colleagues across the department to implement required changes to procedures and processes to mitigate risk.

  • You will have experience in a client or customer servicing role.
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
