Financial Management Interface
- Monitor, analyze and articulate financial performance issues;
- Prepare regular Budgeting, Forecast and Planning
- Initiate short and long terms programs to support the business in addressing structural and/or market issues that are impacting financial performance;
Operational Project Planning, Implementation & Support
- Projects in scope likely to fall within change management, setting and enforcing robust operational and financial controls, and identification of efficiencies;
- Project responsibilities will vary from ‘end to end’ responsibility to project management support to project team member;
- Establish formal project plans, protocols and governance procedures for a range of projects and programs;
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree above, 5-8 years working experience;
PBFA experience, CPA qualification and Audit experience are a plus.
Self-starter; able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively;
Extroverted characters and willing to take the challenges;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail;
Proactive, analytical, flexible and confident.
Communication:
- A committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Excellent presentation skill (both Chinese/English written and oral);
- Good Chinese/English, someone with overseas education/living experience will be an advance;
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
