5+ years experience cultivating relationships with customers to listen, empathize, and represent their needs with cross-functional teams to solve complex process and technology problems.
Education: BS degree or equivalent experience in project management.
Demonstrated expertise in conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in facilitating, documenting, and analyzing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives, identifying gaps and pain points in processes and workflows, and leading cross-functional discussions to drive alignment on proposed changes
Extensive experience in creating and delivering training to end users on new technologies to drive adoption, with a strong understanding of organizational change management
Confident taking initiative and embracing the relationships with customers, showing a passion to listen to understand, and a proficiency to translate and represent user pain points into root cause analysis.
Eager to dive deep into the details and focus on what matters with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
