As a Sr. Advanced Test Automation Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through advanced test automation techniques.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.

Your expertise in test automation tools and methodologies will enable you to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our testing practices.

You will report directly to our manager, and you will work out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing advanced test automation techniques to enhance the quality and reliability of our software products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes.

Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing practices, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality of software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Execute automated test cases, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in software quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Generate and communicate test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test automation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in test automation engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
