Demonstrate deep expertise and thought leadership in Banking and Technology domains, lead and act as change agent for technology solutions and consulting services for clients in the consumer and retail banking industry. Work with companies to update aging technology capabilities, focusing on the software development lifecycle (SDLC), digital transformation and modernization. Define technology solutions requirements, including selection, design, testing, and deployment. Provide a variety of technology services that help plan, define, and execute key technology implementation capabilities. Help manage and deliver IT projects through the full project lifecycle from assessment through design and system implementation.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday,40-45hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field and 8 years (5 years of which must be progressive, post-baccalaureate) work experience in technology transformation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field and 7 years of work experience in technology transformation.

Must have 6 years of experience in one, or across several, of the following Banking and Capital Markets verticals:

- Consumer Deposits

- Consumer Lending

- Payments

Must have 6 years of experience in one, or across several of the following Banking and Capital Markets domains:

- Deposit and loan operations, ATM, debit, prepaid cards, ACH, wires

- Mortgages, auto lending, credit card, home equity or other lending originations and servicing

- Payment products and lifecycle, payment authorization and clearing

- Banking client onboarding

- Banking client analytics and information management

- Front / Back office digitization and automation

Must have 6 years of experience in any combination of technology project delivery activities spanning the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including:

- Implementation/ Strategy

- System/Vendor Selection and Proof of Concept

- Requirements Definition

- Decomposing Business Requirements into Epics, User Stories, Tasks for Agile Development

- Decomposing Business Requirements into technical specifications for Waterfall Development

- Systems Analysis

- Systems/Technical Design and Architecture

- Infrastructure / Environment Set-up

- Data Mapping / Migration

- QA/Test Strategy

- QA/Test Execution

- Conversion Strategy

- Product Management

- Release Management / Deployment

- Platform Modernization

- Digital Transformation

- Proficient with technology productivity tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Rally or similar)

Must have 5 years of experience managing teams, service delivery and the technical direction of an IT project, or alternatively, 3 years of experience in team leadership for a component of

the SDLC lifecycle

Must have 5 years of experience acting as a thought leader in banking technology and acting as an agent of change. Candidate will demonstrate effective communication and persuasion

Must have 5 years of experience with business development lifecycle activities.

Must have 4 years of experience in building project plans and staffing plans for large programs, including schedules, interdependencies, utilizations and budget.
