Job Summary
As an Incident Manager in the Payments organizations, you will be empowered to lead, manage, and contribute significantly to the success of the team including cross line of business partners.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate the business response to Payments impacting incidents, including escalation, communication, and invocation of contingency.
- Assist in the management, coordination and approval process for currency settlement extensions with Central Clearing Houses across the major Markets
- Communicating to stakeholders of the business risk during and post incidents
- Coordinate and manage the execution of appropriate actions to recover business services as quickly as possible.
- Contribute and develop senior level reporting and presentations.
- Develop and conduct impact analysis and drivers for improvement.
- Manage Playbooks that outline how to mitigate Payment’s business disruption.
- Stakeholder management both during incidents and as part of the planning for disruption.
- Identification of opportunities for strategic improvement and innovation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of industry Incident management frameworks such as Information Technology Infrastructure library (ITIL) or equivalent in problem management.
- After training, this is a hybrid position that requires the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
