- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with mobile and desktop design.
- Experience with UX industry tools such as Figma.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of product design experience balanced between Interaction and Visual Design.
- Experience designing for Ads or Maps.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including partnering with UX writers and researchers.
- Knowledge of craft and visual execution with aesthetic sensibilities.
