As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring incoming support requests via email, chat, tickets
• Troubleshooting /Fixing / Escalating issues depending on problem severity
• Monitoring system health and ensure everything is up and running.
• Managing the ticketing queue, driving tickets to closure, and creating or improving support documentation will be key tasks.
• Doing development work to fix bugs, make quick enhancements & handle technical debt.
• Developing fixes, implementing enhancements, addressing technical debt, and automating manual tasks will be your key responsibilities.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have excellent problem-solving skills. Have ability to script/debug in Python/Perl/PHP
• Have 2 years working in a Linux/UNIX environment
• Have 2 year working with relational database systems and complex SQL statements
• Have 1 year building web-based applications (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Have experience to work on Ansible. Have experience working on Grafana/Splunk
• Have working knowledge on Dockers and Kubernete
