Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate with internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience working with multiple markets within the EU.
- Excellent aptitude and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
