- Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
- Travel: up to 10% US
- Reports to: Sr Systems Eng Manager
U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
MUST HAVE
- 5+years of practice mechanical design engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
WE VALUE
- Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Shown experience with design tools for field (SINDA, MSC/NASTRAN, NX Thermal/Flow, NX Space Systems Thermal, MATLAB, Ansys Thermal Desktop)
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
- Motivated to drive improvements in a meaningful environment
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Team working ability
- Individuals who are ambitious and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or required to by events
- Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and challenging demands
- Good interpersonal skills verbal and written
