We are seeking anenergetic, high achieverwho is looking for a challenging and rewarding work environment. This role requires exposure to confidential information and upper management levels, necessitating the use of tact and diplomacy on a regular basis.

As a, you will be essential in working with the Compute team. You will report to a member of the Compute GM’s direct/extended leadership team and provide admin support to at least one VP-level leader within the team. In addition to admin-related tasks, you will support the broader Compute organization by taking on assigned project work, helping to coordinate requested meetings, events, and more.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with calendar and appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with attendees

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reimbursements and meeting agendas

  • Arrange luncheons and order catered lunches

  • Reconcile P-card

  • Assist with general office duties

  • Screen, receive, route and answer calls

  • Manage private meeting rooms

  • Perform project work as assigned by manager or team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

Associate's degree and 2+ years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative office duties

  • Associate's degree and 2+ years of Administrative or related work experience

  • Experience with Outlook email and calendar

  • Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive, peer, and subordinate admin team.

  • Previous experience managing a calendar and coordinating international travel

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Extremely professional in both verbal and written communication

  • Excellent planning/organization skills

  • Very detail-oriented and organized

  • Flexibility to adjust to change in schedules and plans

Pay range:

$23.33 - $34.99
