Director, Cyber Security DevSecOps

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build great talent by inclusivity, learning and inspiring others to build a world class product security organization.

Be a technical & hands-on leader to be a coach to Security Architects, DevOps Architects and Software Architects to grow their cloud security skills & drive DevSecOps strategy with a shift-left culture.

Integrate security scanners such as SAST, DAST, SCA, Container Scanning etc. in pipeline.

Responsible for security of multiple On-Prem & AWS Cloud products deployed across the globe as SaaS & in Managed Services environments.

Drive best in class security best practices by designing solutions & create value which match product requirements.

Assess current cloud state, identify gaps from the Zero Trust state and develop a roadmap in close partnership with CTOs, DevOps & Security Architects to incrementally bring cloud to strategic standards.

Lead and coordinate local cross-functional activities to support incident response

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

20+ years of experience in product and cloud security experience is a must.

7+ Years of AWS Cloud Security & DevSecOps experience with continuous production deployment with at least weekly deployment with full security compliance is a must in a SOC2 environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.

Experience in Infrastructure as Code – must have architected a cloud before.
