QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Analytics Associate, Data Analytics, Decision/Strategic Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Analytics Associate, Data Analytics, Decision/Strategic Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: analyzing large quantities of data using SQL and SAS; utilizing analytics functions and capabilities in Excel including PivotTables, Excel functions; monitoring and communicating trends in performance strategies; developing data trending processes to track variances in data; conducting analytics, creating reports, and improving business and reporting processes; using data analytics to analyze and design end-to-end development and management of business strategies; and managing multiple projects.
