Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Researcher (Multiple Openings) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Essential Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or Engineering plus 5 years of UX design research experience.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 5 years of experience with: qualitative & quantitative research methods; quantitative & qualitative data analysis, and developing actionable insights distilled from same; UX design strategy and research; managing UX research projects, including conducting, managing and delivering UX design research; Clarabridge; SPSS; Excel data visualization and analysis; and Tableau and PowerPoint for data visualization and presentation of research findings. Telecommuting available anywhere in theUS. HQ at 800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $102,336.00- $
