Your Responsibilities:Set up data connections (Direct Connection / Flat files, etc) within Celonis environmentSet data dictionary and maintain data governance on the created structureMaintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelines
Responsible for the End-to-End Celonis implementation (Data Connection / Transformation / Ongoing developments)Transform / Configure the source data into Execution Management format through SQL/ETL methods
Own data integration, data requirements, and data models that support analyses
Configure KPIs in Celonis and create dashboards based on requirementsPartner with external consultants, solution providers, and managed services organizations to enable product/solution development as well as meeting documented standards
Ensure platforms and tools meet or exceed data security standards, including internal and external audits performed
Provide solution to client being Techno-functional expertDevelop best practices for solution and tool frameworks, leveraging standard naming conventions, scripting and coding practices to ensure consistency of data solution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-6 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- B. Tech / M. Tech / Bachelor/Master in Computer Application.
- 3-6 years working experience with Process Mining Technology and in delivering Process Mining Projects (preferably leveraging Celonis)
- Successful studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Certified Celonis Solution Professional, Celonis Data Engineer / Implementation Professional or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and known for being a quick learner
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab…)
- Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how
- Ability to handle competing – oftentimes sudden – priorities flexibly and address each in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced working environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Technical knowledge of SAP / Oracle and helpdesk ticketing tool (Servicenow, Salesforce, etc) will be of advantage
- Working experience in Celonis Views / Object Oriented Management
- Understand business processes (preferably Finance Processes such as AP, AR, OtC, PtP)
