The JVCo General Manager role (within JVCo) is a critical role ensuring the effective and smooth implementation of, and adherence to, all of the business and operating agreements between Intel Corporation and Grange NewCo LLC. This role will lead all Operations related activities and operationalize all JVCo activities based on contractual arrangements relating to the manufacture and sale of wafers. The General Manager is qualified to understand and ensure compliance with the contractual terms within JVCo. This role ensures that the JV requirements are achieved and solves any/all issues with key stakeholders and the Board.

This is a fixed term contract role.Oversees the production of accurate and timely budget and expense management reports that analyzes and interprets financial and operational information for planning and control purposes.Has the responsibility for ownership of managing the reports/report outs/updates/etc required to ensure the key operational elements, of the Agreement, are meeting the required goalsReviews and discusses any audit findings, with appropriate representatives, to illustrate how accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements guide business operations and JVCo policies.
