Field Service Engineer I - Kuwaiti Nationals Only
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical facilitation and service.
Key responsibilities
Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard regularly performs preventive & corrective maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs.
System diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for rectification of system issues.
Provides 24/7 support for assigned clients as per the Stand-By Roster issued Monthly.
Key skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering – Electronic Systems/ Industrial Automation/ Electrical/ Cyber engineer/ Computer engineer/ cyber security science
Good written and oral communication
Flexible individual with great adaptability skills
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore solutions, system management
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
