- 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- 5 years of experience in operational process improvement/design with cross-functional engagement.
- 2 years of experience working on Artifical intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) related programs or solutions, with development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in the trust and safety space.
- Understanding of Google's internal machine learning (ML) ecosystem (e.g., Gemini, One Recipe, AIFlow) or similar large-scale distributed ML frameworks.
- Understanding of Google product stakeholder management or similar.
- Excellent quantitative, and statistical problem-solving skills.
