With over 32K paying accounts and 22X ARR growth compared to monday.com’s main product, this is one of the fastest-growing CRMs in the world - even though CRM is one of the most competitive SaaS categories. About The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a creative, analytical marketer with strong storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills. You’ll have a direct impact on how our new products are perceived, adopted, and scaled.

  • Define and lead the marketing strategy for monday CRM’s new products, including AI and marketing-focused solutions.
  • Develop and own clear positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our audiences and differentiate our offerings in a crowded market.
  • Partner closely with product and performance marketing, product, and sales to align cross-functional efforts around new product launches.
  • Create compelling content and narratives across web, campaigns, sales enablement, and customer-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with analysts and strategy teams to set and track measurable goals for awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and conversions. A data-oriented mindset is critical to success in this role.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or strategic content roles in a B2B SaaS company, with 3+ years as a lead .
  • Proven success in developing positioning and messaging for new product launches.
  • Ability to translate technical product details into value-driven, customer-friendly narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with data to support messaging decisions and go-to-market performance.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities - you’re equally comfortable building high-level strategies and rolling up your sleeves to write copy or build a deck.
  • Native-level English fluency with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
