Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead global digital asset management and the enterprise font initiative across Animal Health, including rights management, font optimisation, and content standardisation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to deliver enhanced processes, system functionality, and training related to digital asset management, content management, and rights management
• Enhance, establish, and lead a communication network to drive engagement, training and adoption of key content drivers
• Optimise content localisation, improving the global to local adoption of assets in addition to driving use of brand portals in Veeva PromoMats and support in developing an integrated content engine
• Establish quantifiable metrics to monitor the adoption of capabilities and key initiatives
• Transform the ways of working in a traditional DAM using innovative automation solutions and AI
• Support in the development of sales content including eDetailers and the creation of HTML5 detailers
• Partner with the Director of Content Excellence and Agency Optimization on the implementation of modular content

Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or significant experience in a related field
• Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and the content lifecycle, including planning, creation, and delivery
• Sound understanding of Digital Asset Management and rights management
• Ability to think strategically and partner with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
• Understanding of eDetailers and in creating HTML5 detailers
• Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork in a global environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
