Channel Partner Programs Manager
What a Channel Partner Programs Manager does at HP:
- Constructively support country channel/biz objectives/requirements within Amplify program framework.
- Conduit for country feedback and request for program framework enhancements, Bridge between country and markets/WW.
- Implementation lead forPartner Rebate programs. Timely release of program targets and program terms to partners. Meeting compliance requirements.
- Responsible for locking, releasing partner targets, tracking partner wise performance on monthly basis.
- HP Content Management to upload on partner tools and all communication release in relation to Partner Programs.
- Engage with Channel Partners in implementing Partner training/certification Programs, adoption of programs.
- Work with countries & sales ops (PAOM) to define and execute the Partner pre-screening, selection, application, qualification, profiling, onboarding and training and as per the respective level. Track Partner Profiling quarterly with Country and within deadlines.
- Managing Partner Audits and compliance requirements. Partner agreements specific to Partner program and offers.
- Drive overall MDF program planning and execution with the country channel sales which includes budget planning & execution, MDF audit & governance, MDF utilization & spend within MDF guidelines, timely execution of activities and submission of claims.
- Drive digital partner enablement through digital tool adoption & awareness
- Events Management by supporting partner events driven at the WW/market level to be rolled out into the country
- Manage channel partner communications though EDMs & Social Group management
- Review of Program ROI with country channel sales and category teams
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel , or a related field.
