Senior Manager, Product Management (PXDP55)
As a
Product leader for Card Data Imperatives & Data Strategy, you will have the followingresponsibilities:
Build Vision and Strategy
Develop and socialize the data strategy to improve Net Promoter Score for Card Data by enhancing the experience for thousands of Data Producers and Consumers (e.g. Data Scientist, Data Engineers, Business Analyst) to unlock significant value for Card Business
Evaluate current state of data environment, data producer and consumer experience
Evaluate competitor and marketplace trends (e.g. current use cases, trends, eData roadmaps)
Act as Product Leader for Card Data Imperatives to drive adoption of Enterprise Data Platforms in Card
Co-own, build and deliver against next wave of multi-year data imperatives in partnership with Enterprise to make data easy and trustworthy to produce, access and use
Lead Product leaders for OneStream convergence and responsible for building the migration roadmap and completing the migration as per the Enterprise Wide Initiative timelines
Own relationships and drive buy-in with all Card and cross Enterprise stakeholders
Make this team the destination for data and product talent in Capital One
Attract, inspire and coach a high performing team of product managers

Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
