Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire and develop a talent team.
-Analyze territory trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
-Define the territory, opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.Leadership:-Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
- 6+ years relevant experience with client facing roles with a focus on sales & data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Logistic relevant experience
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
