Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all Clear and Present Danger (CaPD) escalations and Data Center Isolation exercises for EET
  • Management Status Reporting for CaPD and DC Isolation exercises
  • Service Management Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
  • Thematic Analysis of Incidents and Problems

Qualifications:

  • ​ IT Service Management expertise, particularly Problem Management, Change Management and Incident Management
  • Experience with ITSM applications (i.e. Remedy)
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Good understanding of reporting and data analysis
  • Good understanding of application support and maintenance activities
  • Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally
  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Must be a self-starter and have ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
