Job Summary
As a Change and Access Governance Analyst within our global cross-functional fraud groups, you will be required to uplift an existing tactical tracking solution and convert it into a stronger, more structured change logging utility that supports easy requirement linkages and reporting. This role will own and support all access documentation, profile templates, and system inventory statuses for the organization, ensuring the appropriate level of system access is available from an employee’s start date while continually validating that existing access is sufficient for the ongoing practice supported. This role will provide you with an opportunity to deepen your understanding of strategic projects and priorities, and promote improvements related to entitlement complexities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and support the centralized request utility to track change requests and suggestions while maintaining a prioritization scale
- Monitor request quality, change type definitions, and data lineage requirements ensuring the request aligns with strategic targets
- Maintain and create employee system entitlement access templates based on role, responsibilities, and location in partnership with the centralized operations provisioning team, cross-functional application owners, and resiliency management
- Support new and existing employee entitlement provisioning for all applications and entitlement profile updates
- Maintain, update, and recertify the Fraud organization’s procedure documentation within the system of record
- Coordinate and lead reoccurring backlog workshop meetings, minute collation and communication publishing for enhancements
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of experience supporting a business change governance program for a large firm
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experienced and adept in managing detailed document revisions, complex topic executive summarization, artifact version organization ensuring key materials are inventoried with appropriate formatting to adhere to version control audit standards
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated industry in a Change Governance or global access management administration role
- Proficient and demonstrated experience with collaborative content solutions (i.e. SharePoint, OneNote, box.com) and telepresence utilities (i.e. MS Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Demonstrated exceptional English proficiency, both verbally and written, is required for entitlement access business case justifications and change management executive summary deliverables
