Develop video concepts and scripts that effectively serve business needs and communicate the concept to stakeholders and collaborators
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Coordinate interdepartmentally within Tesla to plan video or photo shoots
Be effective with time and budget. Be capable of tackling a single day or multi-week production, locally as well as out of state and internationally
Lead production on shoot days and keep the team on schedule and manage feedback rounds with stakeholders and see each video through to its launch
Proficient in using modern video and audio recording equipment. Strong understanding of post-production processes, capable of taking a project from concept to completion
Be able to work with resources available to ensure videos are completed on time and within budget maintaining Tesla’s video standards and advancing the unique Tesla brand and connection with our audience
What You’ll Bring
8 - 10 years' experience in a producer or production manager position at an agency, production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department advancing the business
Highly creative, organized with attention to detail, able to carry multiple projects in parallel, a great communicator and has the ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth
Skilled in researching, writing, editing, building relationships, and managing projects
Strong understanding of video, photography, design, and content principles and practices. Hands-on experience with operating a camera or other video/audio equipment is preferred
Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, being adaptable, and working in the office 5 days a week
Positive attitude with a bias for taking action and seeking feedback. Thrives in a collaborative environment that values feedback and building trust
A passion for accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy
