Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization As a Senior Finance Manager, SupplyChain here at Honeywell SETS (Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions), youwill play a critical role in overseeing the financial results of our Americasregion manufacturing plants. You will support the financial landscape, speed,quality and cost efficiencythru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis andreporting. You will play a meaningful role in leading financial performance andimplementing finance strategies to achieve committed businessperformance. Through daily interaction with Honeywell business leaders you willsupport to drive finance initiatives and decisions. In addition, youwill also play meaningful part to identify trends and developments in ambitiousenvironments and support the management outcome decisions.
You will report directly to our Integrated Supply Chain Senior Finance Director and youwill work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will impact the success of ourmanufacturing operations financial results by:
- Overseeing the operations and financial performance of four critical manufacturing sites in the Americas
- Leading and managing a team of plant controllers
- Leading and managing P&L and Balance Sheet of the Americas Footprint
- Partnering with Regional ISC Leader and HQ Leadership team, driving a culture of continuous improvement within Supply Chain Finance and shaping and influencing critical business decisions
- Presenting in a clear and concise manner to executive management financial issues, budgets and forecasts.
- Leading the business short/medium/long term planning cycles, OI improvement discussions, cost improvement project valuations, Absorption and productivity enhancements .
- Leading and managing product standard costing, capital request prioritization and approvals, headcount reporting, and ISC plant metrics such as Inventory, IOS and PPV.
- Be Actively part of the SAP system implementation at 3 sites.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX controls, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing financialsof manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance processes, costaccounting and best practices
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in overseeing multiple complex manufacturingsites and leading plant controllers
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CMA or a relatedfield
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field(preferred)
• Experience with implementing and managing continuousimprovement initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
• ERP experience, preferably SAP
