This role will be responsible executing and managing complex, high-impact partnership programs including third-party Prime deals. You will leverage strong commercial and account/ program management skills, and understanding of e-commerce, marketing, to set up processes to deepen innovative partnerships.

* Execution and management of complex deals and programs spanning Amazon business units;* Define performance measures and manage programs to hit and exceed targets;
* Lead cross-functional teams to manage initiatives associated with partner companies;* Identify additional opportunities within existing partnerships at leading companies in Japan;

- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Multiple business experience with Japanese company using Japanese
- Fluency in English
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
