Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, M.B.A. or Ph.D programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of problem solving tools, including design of experiments
- Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively present to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Quality methodology, Design of Experiments, statistical process control methods and theory
- Reliability methods and quality statistical sampling
- Strong engineering fundamentals, with preferred focus on electro -mechanical interaction
- Data driven and results oriented approach to problem solving
- Inclination to be hands on, performing device tear downs, collecting diagnostics information and data gathering using instrumentation
- An innate curiosity in how things work, why they fail and what it takes to fix them
- Data analysis, visualization and reporting experience
