Enrolled in B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, M.B.A. or Ph.D programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of problem solving tools, including design of experiments
Strong communication skills, with ability to effectively present to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Quality methodology, Design of Experiments, statistical process control methods and theory
Reliability methods and quality statistical sampling
Strong engineering fundamentals, with preferred focus on electro -mechanical interaction
Data driven and results oriented approach to problem solving
Inclination to be hands on, performing device tear downs, collecting diagnostics information and data gathering using instrumentation
An innate curiosity in how things work, why they fail and what it takes to fix them
Data analysis, visualization and reporting experience
