REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
Student must be in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related major
Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Strong analytical skills – able to extract real insight from multiple data sources
Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically
Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence others
Data analytics skills (E.g. PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Python, working with multiple data sets)
Detail oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma
