Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- 4 years of experience in UX research, with an emphasis on the craft of research for technical systems (like APIs, SDKs, and developer tools) and a proven track record of impacting product development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 2 years of experience conducting User Experience (UX) research on products, managing projects, and working in a large organization.
- Understanding of API design principles, software development life-cycles, and the tests faced by developers.
- Familiarity with Android development, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Libraries, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
