Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Experience with inclusive design and/or user-centered design principles.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies across diverse teams and client groups on a global scale.
Ability to be dedicated to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback, and apply lessons learned effectively.
Proven tactical project management abilities including attention to detail, information organization, precise timeline monitoring, and seamless communication across multiple teams and organizational levels.
Adaptable program management skills, and ability to advance initiatives with undefined parameters and align conflicting priorities of diverse stakeholders.
Established credibility as a trusted advisor, representing users and customers adeptly in every interaction and consideration.
