• 7+ years of relevant work experience in -related program and/or technical product management in a software applications environment
• 4+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules
• Experience with employee development, performance management and delivering results
• Experience building production software systems
• Great communication skills and strong technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules

You will be responsible for leading your development team to launch of new tools and features. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience working across teams to influence and resolve issues across teams.

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
- Experience leading engineering teams in a highly visible and rapidly changing environment
