Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Experience meeting Business-to-Business (B2B) business goals.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in new business sales and business analysis.
Experience in managing and customizing for a customer base.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (e.g., internal and external).
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.
