- Masters/PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physic, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years’ of closely related experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience on optical system and network design
- 5+ years of experience with optical protocols and technologies
- 2+ years of experience developing test scripts for optics validation and characterization
- 3+ years of experience working with optical protocols and technologies
