This position is fully on-site and requires the individual to work from the Toronto office
Your key responsibilities
Prepare, and build production files for print and digital output, conduct quality checks on printed materials ensuring accuracy and compliance with EY branding and formatting standards
Manage the end-to-end process of print jobs, from initial intake to final delivery, while upholding high standards of quality and ensuring timely completion at every stage.
Provide scanning services to clients as needed
Seek opportunities for efficiency improvements
Operate and maintain production equipment such as printers, cutters, and laminators
Manage inventory levels of print supplies and materials ensuring that stock is maintained and reordered are places as necessary
Interact with internal clients in person, and via email to capture specifications and expedite work orders
Respond to walk-in requests and coordinate timely pick-up of completed jobs
Troubleshoot basic printing and scanning issues and maintain a clean, and organised print shop environment
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Perform physical tasks such as lifting print materials and standing for extended periods
Support with other occasional duties as assigned
Ideally, you’ll also
Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
Be comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and physical activity
Familiarity with print environments, production workflows, and volume-based operations is considered a strong asset
What we look for
1-3 years of experience in printing and document production, administrative support, or customer service
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Superior customer service skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
