About the Role
As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors Learning implementations, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants. Client Delivery & Solution Leadership
- Partner with clients to define learning strategies and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
- Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Learning module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Advise on best practices for LMS governance, compliance, and integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in and guide decision-making.
Project Management & Execution
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure quality assurance, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies, including training and communication plans.
Thought Leadership & Team Development
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related HR technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Contribute to practice development, including creating accelerators, templates, and thought leadership content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS).
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Learning (additional modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting are a plus).
- Strong understanding of learning processes, compliance requirements, and HR technology ecosystems.
- Proven experience in consulting environments, managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or other integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools for learning effectiveness measurement.
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
