As a Business Management Analyst within our Branch, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, financial analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with our business leaders to monitor performance, support decision-making, and contribute to the success of our operations. Your insights will help us navigate market developments and enhance our business strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Line of Businesses in strategic analysis, planning, and project activities.
  • Monitor business performance and provide quality MIS reporting to senior management.
  • Understand local market developments and update relevant business heads.
  • Collaborate on deals and pipelines, creating management presentations and reports.
  • Contribute to annual revenue and cost budgeting activities.
  • Participate in budget planning and perform regular financial controls.
  • Engage in New Business Initiative Assessment and Change Management Projects.
  • Support corporate governance activities and attend regulatory meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and materials for management and committee meetings.
  • Conduct analysis on regulatory changes and present findings to business lines.
  • Support internal audits and follow up on action items with LOBs.
  • Assist in Resiliency & Disaster Recovery processes and event organization.
  • Support the Chairman of the Board in preparing for Board of Managers meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in business management or financial analysis.
  • Turkish language requirement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Fix-term contract for maternity cover.
