This role is responsible for full G2M transformation and digital plan developing and execution.
To stakeholders, this role acts as a reference point for Digital initiatives that transforms our way to tackle the market. This may include activities like:- Develop and execute associated ‘sub strategies’ needed to deliver the overall transformation, covering processes, data, technology, people/skills
- Set up and implement relevant capabilities improvement plans, from audit to education / upskilling- Define and lead optimal operations model for all digital activities, leveraging global investments / resources where available
- Ensure proper performance tracking, KPIs, data analyses and other agreed data metrics are implemented and shared with key stakeholders for all aspects of digital transformation, including campaigns and competition- Lead the development of promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives tailored to the needs of trade partners, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
Bachelor or Licensed professional of healthcare sciences, marketing, administration, industrial engineering
5+ years of experience in digital roles, preferably with 3+ year(s) experience in digital transformation/innovation (any industry, preferably pharma or FMCG).
Experienced at working collaboratively in an autonomous way.
Expertise in the current role is a plus
English (fluent); Official languages of the country (fluent)
