YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: • Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Design and optimize automated systems to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in automation technologies and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Support and assist the maintenance and facilities team in troubleshooting difficult breakdowns and chronic equipment failures related to control systems. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in atechnical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering ormathematics
•3+ years of professional controls engineering experience.
•3+ years of advanced PLC programming knowledge on Rockwell,Siemens, or equivalent PLCs in a production environment.
•3+ years of experience with plant applications such as MES,BMS, and others. WE VALUE
•Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
•Wide Experience supporting critical manufacturing.
•Experience in leading automation projects and teams.
•Experience with commissioning and troubleshootingproduction equipment such as torque controllers, robotics, computer servers,testing equipment, and/or others.
•Software applications programming experience.
•Understanding of databases and various program languages(MySQL, Python, etc.).
•Proven project management experience.
•Proficient in working with and creating electrical diagramsand prints.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Experience launching new plant systems and their integrationinto the IT Infrastructure and Facilities.
•Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related toautomation, including safety.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
