Broad Functions:

• Factory Product Performance (FPP) Report – work within department and with respective functional departments including Product Engineer and Quality Engineer for report compilation
• Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support automated visualization systems for OCCQ department
• Improve overall Quality tasks/monitoring by apply Data Analytics & ML skill
• Provide data extraction and data analysis support to department on OCCQ data
• Support and maintain OCCQ data system
• Generate Supplier Quality Regular and Adhoc reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:

• Interacts with OCCQ and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
• Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata source.
• Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to OCCQ owner.
• Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for OCCQ-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Quality Data Analytics & Related Machine Learning Projects
  • Improve overall Quality tasks/monitoring by apply Data Analytics & ML skill.
• Visualization automation development and maintenance for OCCQ
  • Consolidate requirements
  • Develop, automate, deploy, provide training, maintain and support visualization systems for OCCQ department
• Data ingestion onto Database, AMAZON REDSHIFT/ TERADATA etc.
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• Customer Data Package (Factory Product Performance – FPP)
  • Work within department and with respective functional departments to compile factory product performance data packages for customers
  • To ensure the deadline is met
  • Making sure data packages are compiled with necessary information (data and charts) for functional team data input.
• Support CFEs and Factory team on data analysis request on OCCQ Data
  • Provide support to CFEs and factory quality data query and data analysis requests
  • Support in the areas of running query, analyze data and provide recommendation base on the data analysis objective
• System support and maintenance
  • Identify data integrity issues
  • Work with owners of source systems to fix root cause of data integrity issues
• Maintaining OCCQ Data and System Team shared folder and website
  • Maintain OCCQ server and shared folders
  • Structure department server and shared folder for easy information access
  • Structure department shared folders and maintain information security
• Supplier Quality Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports
  • Support in the areas of running query, analyze data and provide recommendation base on the data analysis objective

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree, in Computer Science/Data Science/Information Technology/Applied Mathematics, Statistic or related field.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in data analytics/science, data query/analysis and Machine Learning Projects.
• Must possess strong hands-on expertise in developing database and message-oriented applications.
• Data storage industry is beneficial – business environment and challenges, products, competitors, and suppliers.
• Quality Management System
• Responsible for data import, export, and transformation applications and processes
• Creates clear documentation of operating procedures, database object layout, work flow diagrams and specifications for developed databases.
• Experience and expertise in any ML projects related and a data warehousing such as TERADATA, HAWQ, HIVE, IMPALA and HBASE or high-volume manufacturing environment or experience on BI tool (Spotfire or Tableau or equivalent), data ingestion tool (Alteryx or equivalent), analytics tools (JMP and Minitab or equivalent) MYSQL, MSSQL, Python, SQL.
• Experience using Large Language Models and identifying ways to incorporate them into new areas and applications.
• Experience with Python and any of the following Python data science / machine learning libraries: Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch

• Experience on BI tool (Spotfire or Tableau or equivalent), data ingestion tool (Alteryx or equivalent), analytics tools (JMP and Minitab or equivalent) will be added advantage.
