Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Relationship Management and Pipeline Development
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders across sales, product, and delivery teams
• Create and execute proactive and reactive business development strategies to generate and expand opportunity pipeline
• Build comprehensive awareness and enablement of security assurance solutions across internal and external stakeholder networks
• Develop deep understanding of customer challenges and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities2. Sales Conversion and Customer Engagement
• Transform identified opportunities into bookable customer engagements
• Conduct comprehensive solution mapping, aligning customer-specific challenges with tailored security assurance solutions
• Develop and deliver compelling value propositions that demonstrate clear business outcomes
• Manage and progress sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract closure
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support and accelerate deal progression3. Go-to-Market Strategy and Expansion
• Lead partner and channel development strategies to diversify and strengthen market penetration
• Work collaboratively with Product Management to develop scalable security solutions and offerings
• Design and implement strategic expansion plans for additional EMEA countries
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and growth vectors
• Develop comprehensive market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-makingPreferred Experience:
• Proven track record in solution delivery, and/or business development
• Experience in creating go-to-market strategies
• Strong background in business development and pipeline generation
• Expertise in AWS ecosystem
• Deep understanding of Security Assurance and Compliance frameworksA day in the life
The morning starts with context switching between three different customer conversations—moving from a healthcare compliance discussion to a financial services risk assessment, then pivoting to help resolve a manufacturing customer's integration challenges. Each requires a completely different mindset and vocabulary, but that's the nature of working across diverse industries and use cases.By midday, I'm comfortable with ambiguity as I navigate a meeting where the requirements are still evolving and the regulatory landscape remains unclear. Rather than waiting for perfect information, I focus on understanding the underlying business objectives and building flexible solutions that can adapt as their needs crystallize. The afternoon involves navigating through uncharted territory—developing a new GTM strategy that doesn't have an established playbook, working closely with cross-functional teams to create something that addresses gaps we're seeing across multiple customer segments.Throughout the day, there's constant movement between strategic planning, technical problem-solving, and relationship building. Success comes from being comfortable with incomplete information, ready to shift focus as priorities evolve, and willing to create new approaches when existing solutions don't quite fit. It's the kind of role where no two days look the same, and the ability to operate effectively in that environment is essential.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 5+ years experience in pre-sales focusing on IT security, IT management, compliance frameworks, identity and access management, information security audit, or the like.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience in cross-EMEA security and assurance requirements
